Texas Hills Urgent Care Centers offers special "prompt pay discount" pricing (see below) to those paying in full at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards and personal checks.
Payment in full (except for contracted insurance payments) is expected at the time of service unless special arrangements are made in advance of services.

- $140 Basic physician office visit (over 30% discount)
- $65 X-rays (per study or body part) - (40% discount)
- $290-$390 CT Scans - (70% discount)
- 30% discount on procedures (stitches, casts, etc.)
- 30% discount on laboratory testing
- 30% discount on Durable Medical Equipment-prefabricated splints, crutches, walking boots, etc.
