  • Complete menu of reference laboratory test available.
  • Download above order form for your physician to order test or they may use their own form.

Our medical laboratories adhere to the highest standards in analytical testing in order to assure you and your physician that your laboratory results are always accurate.

The medical laboratories at Texas Hills Urgent Care are accredited thru COLA. COLA performs routine inspections of our laboratory facilities, record keeping and instruments to ensure that our processes, procedures and record keeping are of the highest quality.

Quarterly proficiency testing is an important component of our quality control.

We meet or exceed the requirements of compliance for CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments).
