THUCC has a direct contract with CIGNA for Cigna PPO, Cigna Open Access Plus, Cigna/Great West Life. If you do not have one of these Cigna plans, check and see if your card has the Texas True Choice or other emblem of a provider network that Texas Hills Urgent Care Centers (previously Marble Falls Minor Emergency Center) is contracted with. Cigna is available with numerous networks.

Texas Hills Urgent Care Centers are contracted providers for United HealthCare. Golden Rule is now part of United Healthcare
Texas Hills Urgent Care Centers offer a 30% "prompt pay discount" to those paying in full at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards and personal checks.
Payment in full (except for contracted insurance payments) is expected at the time of service unless special arrangements are made in advance of services.
THUCC participates in very few HMO's. The only HMO's that we currently participate with is Blue Cross and Humana. Scott and White Health plan members can access us thru the PCHS or Texas True choice PPO networks. Otherwise, if you have an HMO, we are probably not in your network of providers. It is your responsibility to know that your insurance is an HMO. We currently do not participate in any Aetna HMO products.
